Lead Software Engineer - (Fulltime / Remote)

2501 is working on cutting edge tech on orchestration, routing, developing frameworks working with the best AI models on the market.

The Role

As a Lead/Senior Software Engineer in Applied AI, you'll be responsible for architecting, developing, and maintaining cutting-edge AI applications. You'll work closely with our data scientists and product teams to bring machine learning models to life in production environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable, efficient AI-driven applications
  • Lead the development of complex software systems using TypeScript, Python, and Vercel
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into production systems
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to the team's technical growth
  • Ensure code quality through code reviews, testing, and best practices

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on AI/ML applications
  • Strong proficiency in TypeScript and Python
  • Experience with Vercel and serverless architectures
  • Solid understanding of machine learning concepts and their practical applications
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a remote team environment

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
  • Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Contributions to open-source projects
